ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Fee includes return packing, postage, and shipping insurance up to $100.00.
All entries must be for sale.
A 30% commission will be charged on all sales.
Make checks or money orders payable to El Dorado Gallery.
RULES:
1. All entries are subject to be juried. Decision of Judge is final.
2. All entries must be original works not previously exhibited in an El Dorado Miniatures Show.
3. Image size for paintings must not exceed 25 sq. inches. (Example: 5 X 5, etc.)
4. Outside edges of frame measurements must not exceed 80 sq. inches. (Example:16 X 5, etc.)
5. Mats, frames and mountings shall be delicate and in proportion to the work.
6. All work must be ready for hanging with wire and screw eyes. No sawtooth hangers. No plastic frames.
Frames with easel backs will not be accepted, even if a wire and screw eyes have been additionally attached.
7. Sculpture must not exceed 216 cubic inches, excluding base and/or mountings. (Example: 6 X 6 X 6)
8. The 1/6 Rule for Miniature Art will be strictly adhered to. Subjects may not exceed one-sixth of their actual size.
9. All entries must be the work of living artists of legal age.
10. No crafts, photographic, dark room, or computer techniques will be accepted.
RECEIVING Work should be hand delivered or shipped to El Dorado Gallery on or before April 15, 2007.2008. Artwork must be
& SHIPPING: packed in reusable containers with enclosed return shipping label. No P.O. Box # on return shipping labelonly
street addresses will be accepted. Please use bubble wrap or foam rubber and rubber bandsno tape or peanuts. No
wooden crates except for sculpture. If crate exceeds 10 lbs. it will be shipped C.O.D. for the additional weight.
If you wish to have a receipt of delivery, please enclose a self-addressed stamped postcard.

LIABILITY: All entries will be handled with care. However, the management of the exhibit and the El Dorado Gallery will not be
responsible for any loss or damage, and any insurance is the responsibility of the exhibiting artist.
RETURN OF WORKS: All works, other than the shipped works, must be picked up from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 21,18, 2007.2008.
