Most of my work is Impressionistic, but also leans towards Realism, and usually conveys an image of calmness or wonder. Though each painting, or photograph, has a special meaning to me, I want the viewer to walk away with their own emotions from the work - in this way they also become part of the creative process.

Many artists are known for one certain style or subject matter. The search to create something different sometimes takes me across a wide variety of styles, medium, and subject matter. My latest art is primarily done using soft pastels, with my paintings being impressionistic landscapes and cityscapes. I have recently discovered the wonderful world of miniature painting, and soon plan on completing more pieces.

Below is one of my mini paintings titled "Field of Flowers". It's 2.5"x3.5" done in soft pastels on Wallis Professional sanded paper.

Painting and photography has brought about a much needed spiritual awakening to this artist's soul. My only wish is for my art to be viewed, absorbed, pondered and remembered.
